In Position: A Warrior's Stand

The apostle Paul is well known for his penmanship for authoring the most books in the New Testament. He is also known for his life-changing, road to Damascus experience, when the light and voice of Jesus intersected his life - in a dramatic and phenomenal encounter, Acts 9. Prior to this, Saul, as he was known before his Christian conversion, was blazing a trail of persecution and a leading force of influence, reeking havoc for the early church.

I found it ironic, then Saul, with the same zeal for coming against the people of God, upon conversion, now Paul, set a fire by the Holy Spirit to exhort, encourage and rebuke believers with the same heart-felt passion, flowing in the same gifts for the great commission of the Lord. Thus, the gifts are given without repentance,(Rom 11:29) they will operate in the world system and in the the Kingdom of God.

Proposed Questions:

1. "Are you giving the best of your gifts to the world or to the Kingdom of God?"
2. "Which side of the battle have you chosen?"
3. "How are you influencing those among you?"

"Passively choosing or not choosing is also making a choice and with it, comes the consequences and accountability of inaction." -KVRW

Be encouraged that even while living among the heighten glamorization of reality TV shows, sexual perversion, and confused sexual identity acceptance, their is hope. In a world subtly stealing and influencing the minds of our unprotected youth, there is hope for every heart and soul that yearns to be embraced and accepted, in love. We have been chosen - hand picked by God Himself and set apart as the church to proclaim the good news to everyone, (1Pet2:9.) Not to be silent witnesses to the current state of affairs doing or saying nothing. We are called to respond to those who are left lost, broken, and hurting by the unseen tactics and forces of darkness and evil.

This is our Call. This is our vocation. As believers of the church, we are to stand and fight for the lost generation, interceding on their behalf, taking the gospel to them (Matt15:16) in creative formats for them to receive a much needed "RIGHT NOW, RHEMA* WORD OF DIRECTION FOR THEIR LIVES!" We are bringing the anointing through the preached Word and destroying the work of the enemy over their lives. We are the chosen ones who stand VICTORIOUSLY in the Warrior's armor of God! This is our purpose, this is the vocation of the Body of Christ - The Church.

Paul concludes one of his many penned messages and exhorts his readers, the church, reminding them to remain in spiritual revelation for executing the battles victory. He leaves them with a message of strength, hope, victory and prayer...

Eph 6:10-19(Amplified Bible)

10In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides].

11Put on God's whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil.

12For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.

13Therefore put on God's complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place].

14Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God,

15And having shod your feet in preparation [to face the enemy with the firm-footed stability, the promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news] of the Gospel of peace.

16Lift up over all the [covering] shield of saving faith, upon which you can quench all the flaming missiles of the wicked [one].

17And take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the Spirit wields, which is the Word of God.

18Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God's consecrated people).

19And [pray] also for me, that [freedom of] utterance may be given me, that I may open my mouth to proclaim boldly the mystery of the good news (the Gospel),


Make a choice to be the voice God needs to speak a Word of love and encouragement to those who have for whatever reason, never had the privilege of hearing the gospel. It is a privilege - we the church must see is as such, a luxurious opportunity full of God's love, righteousness, and majesty.

Receiving Jesus Christ...

If you sense the prompting of the Holy Spirit drawing you to him, hearken - do not hesitate! Receive Jesus Christ into your heart today, read the Prayer of Salvation by faith and you WILL be saved. I will be praying for you and with you in the Spirit.


Rom10:8-13 states...

8But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: 9That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. 11As the Scripture says, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.” 12For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

That name in verse 13 is Jesus.

Prayer of Salvation

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of your dear Son Jesus Christ. I believe He died on the cross for my sins and was raised from the dead three days later and He is now alive. Lord Jesus, I am asking you now to come into my heart and live your life in me. I repent of my sins and confess with my mouth that Jesus is my Lord and savior and I now live my life for Him. In Jesus' name, amen.

You are now a Warrior in God's Armor! Praise the Lord!

Today is the most important day of your life.

I encourage you to attend a church that preaches the anointed Word of God and teaches a Word based foundational teaching for new believers. This will bring understanding and encouragement to your new life. Also, be water baptized that you be Holy Spirit-filled, Acts 8:37-39. These steps are priority, ask the Holy Spirit to guide you to your new church home, He will lead you into all truth, John 16:13. Be Blessed.

Remember, salvation is a gift (Eph 2:8) and is received by faith - we can't touch, taste it, see it or feel it - We just have to BELIEVE it to RECEIVE it! Now, go and tell someone and rejoice!

The Words of My Testimony: Holding The Line In Faith

I am led to share this testimony with those who are standing in faith and believing our God, Jehovah Jireh to provide ALL things, by faith.

I was injured at work almost a year ago and I have been off full-time work since then, praise God for the healing. I have not received any income since March and my husband's vocation brings in the primary income. We had to press through the temptation of whether to pay tithes and quickly came into obedience when the enemy began to steal it. We learned we must always be faithful to God, the tithe is our protection of God promises and covenant. This obedience quickly moved us into a place of increase sowing additional seed offerings by faith.

Now, what you don't know is the Lord had told me to leave this job in April of last year prior to the injury and that if I sowed the job in faith, it would continue to produce a harvest in my life. I thank God for His love, patience and kindness, I have grown to a new level of obedience. The removal of this income caused some financial challenges and I had to depend on the word of the Lord and stand in faith to manifest resources in my life. The Lord would instruct me on when to call the creditors and what to say to them - there is ALWAYS a course of action to be taken in faith.

During this time my cupboards became barer than what I was accustomed to and I asked the Lord what should I do? He told me to feed some people. Now this sounds foolish especially since my own cupboards were sparsely stocked, but God has a plan and when we are obedient, He will manifest the provision. Thus, the birthing of PACF during this season, www.plainfieldareacommunityfoundation.org. God blessed us abundantly to feed ourselves and others in many communities.

When we come into our purpose and calling the Lord will speak to us and give us a mission utilizing our gifts, mine is -

Feed people naturally and spiritually by preaching the gospel, while training disciples to do the same -Supporting scripture for ministry John 6:11, Then Jesus took the loaves, gave thanks to God, and distributed them to the people. Afterward he did the same with the fish. And they all ate as much as they wanted.

I know my kingdom assignment and purpose and I will continue to walk by the discernment of the Holy Spirit into the fullness of my designed destiny, being mindful and watching for unexpected opportunities sent via heaven...

I'm looking at my $1200 + electric bill with the announcement of its disconnection. "Call them," I hear. "No payment options are available to you Ma'am at this time, but we do offer low-income assistance thru these agencies." Our family income does not meet low-income criteria. I was prompted to be inquisitive, here comes the strategy and wisdom - asking questions. The word of God says, we have not because we ask not (Matt 7:7, John 15:7,15:16) I asked the representative, "Do you have funds available due to a hardship or unexpected life circumstance?" Their reply, "As a matter of fact we do." They told me the agency contact information and now my assignment was to follow through on the detailed course of action to bring manifestation.

I completed each instruction and easily gathered every document needed for execution. Along the way a couple of minor hindrances appeared and I remained focus and diligent through prayer to conquer them. The representative at the agency stated I would receive a $1000 payment to my bill, now the bill was $1200. When I checked the electric bill account balance the next day it was a $0 balance, I praised my Lord Jesus, my provider! The bill was scheduled to be disconnected within the next day or two.

Whatever you are believing God to manifest in your life it will happen through you. He needs a person to work through in this world and He has chosen you. Remain in faith and hold the line as a General in His elite forces to lead and guide others to Him. He has equipped you and will always cause you to triumph and be victorious, in Christ Jesus.

May the blessing of the Lord overtake you through your obedience to Him, whatever He tells you to do, do it!

The Call to Repentance: The Spirit of Elijah

God is calling His people to turn to Him. He is calling His people to come by the 1000's He is turning their hearts as we speak, in the name of Jesus. His fire is coming upon people bringing a fire of purification, a fire of repentance. He is waiting for them, He is reaching out to them as they turn from evil and sins of the world and confess Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

"...How long will you hesitate between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him..." I Kings 18:21

These words were spoken by the prophet Elijah as he boldly confronted the people and false prophets of Baal challenging them to show the power of their god to no avail.

He told the people to stop straddling the fence and make up their minds as to which God they were going to serve. Elijah stood firm and steadfast trusting in what the Lord had instructed him and the power of God manifested to turn the hearts of the people.

The Spirit of Elijah forecasts the call of repentance, it goes before to produce the desired plans of God in the hearts of His people.

There has been a call for a spiritual famine in the land, in the hearts of people. This call will produce an inward desire of response for God's people to thirst for Him spiritually. As believers, we are here in the earth to bring forth the glory and the power of God to reach those who are lost and searching for Him by preparing ourselves in Christ Jesus to manifest the plans of God through us, his earthen vessels. How do we know God's plan? We study his will aka as The Holy Bible.

As the body of Christ we are all charged with reaching out to those who are lost,
Mark 16:15 (Amplified Bible)tells us

... He said to them, Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news (the Gospel) to every creature [of the whole [a]human race].

The time is at hand for the church to rise and walk in New Covenant authority bought and paid for by the blood of Jesus.

The preached gospel of the word or good news of Jesus is going forth into the world with boldness and power to break the yoke of the enemy and deliver His people into the Kingdom of God, taking their rightful place as heirs and receiving what already belongs to them through faith, in the name of Jesus.

It is God's desire to reunite with us and for us to become totally sold out for the Kingdom of His dear Son Jesus and believe He is true to His Word.

1 Peter 4:5-7 (The Message)

3-5You've already put in your time in that God-ignorant way of life, partying night after night, a drunken and profligate life. Now it's time to be done with it for good. Of course, your old friends don't understand why you don't join in with the old gang anymore. But you don't have to give an account to them. They're the ones who will be called on the carpet—and before God himself.

6Listen to the Message. It was preached to those believers who are now dead, and yet even though they died (just as all people must), they will still get in on the life that God has given in Jesus.

7-11Everything in the world is about to be wrapped up, so take nothing for granted. Stay wide-awake in prayer. Most of all, love each other as if your life depended on it. Love makes up for practically anything. Be quick to give a meal to the hungry, a bed to the homeless—cheerfully. Be generous with the different things God gave you, passing them around so all get in on it: if words, let it be God's words; if help, let it be God's hearty help. That way, God's bright presence will be evident in everything through Jesus, and he'll get all the credit as the One mighty in everything—encores to the end of time. Oh, yes!

Father we thank you for your grace and mercy as a patient Father who awaits the safe return of His children. We call forth the Spirit of Elijah to come preparing hearts to run to you. Awesome Good Friday Worship service with Ivy at her church home, what a blessing to praise and worship the Lord openly with family!

My fellowship with Tommi is always genuine, it was great to see her, I love having all the family together, it's an element that is needed to grow happy healthy children as we live unity.

Laughed with my Great Auntee Sissy, my Nana's only living sister, she's so cool!
Spent the night with my cousin Beetabug! Just like when were little! We drank coffe and stayed up til 2 N the monin! Wonderful fellowship, mmm mmm! Good to my soul!

Cooked Easter dinner with my wonderful husband Bill- I'm not sure the last time we did that, but it was really nice to spend just me and him time together sharing each other space, it was very nice.


Ministering to the Minister first- we need to have it ourselves in order to impart to others, I thank God for His provision in all areas of my life. I thank God for my Cousin Alvita (Beetabug) and our time together in the Lord.

Relished dessert with Traver & my other Great Auntee's Nae and Elssie, Bill's auntees. We were oooing and awwwing over Alidi's pecan pie warmed and served ala mode, Yummier than I expected!

Enjoyed my hug from Tee aka Theresa, my Boobala! She is my oldest friend and I'm not sure where I would be had it not been our destiny to meet over 15 years ago! She's seen all of my children blossom and they love their auntee Tee!:)

Shared smiles, hugs & kisses filled with warm good-byes as we glimpsed the essence of Traver and Justin- awwwwwww (sigh) young people, how full of raw energy they are! I love you both and it was great to hold you Traver and have you sit still, even for a brief moment. <3

I thanked my Father for this day, pressed through to grace.

I got out of myself today, woke up feeling a heaviness in my spirit and ironically my email devotional was titled Unbearable Heaviness. My uncle called and said he was experiencing the same thing, we praised the Lord in prayer and fellowhip! I have worked the principle of when I am experiencing a struggle or resistance the best thing for me to do is to do something for someone else and I instantly feel better. I baked heart-shaped lemon cupcakes with homemade butter creme frosting with sugar sprinkles and took a bouquet of spring flowers to my dear friend and stlylist Tamisha and we celebrated her special day with song and tears. Happy Birthday 'Misha, I love you more!

Made dinner for the fam and went to bed a 7pm, definitely a season of resting in Him for renewed strength and guided direction. Remain in the alignment of this time and the Lord will produce the great and mighty in His timing. Wait. Do not do anything out of your own strength, wait on the Lord.

5:30am prayer time, it is so good to meet my Almighty Father first thing in the A.M.! He is always waiting for me with His arms stretched wide! I love You more than anything.

Organized Christmas decorations in basement with Cesar and cleaned with Lala, I thank God for helpers and the fellowship, He knows what we are in need of before we need it.

Take time to do the things in life we desire to do and accomplish, but when the Lord calls us into a place of discipline it is better to remain obedient than to sacrifice. I want every last drop of milk and honey the Lord has for me, my life is extraordinary because of Him!

The power of God has manifested in my life!

I am victorious in Christ Jesus in all things concerning me! I speak 100-fold harvest over every seed sown, every seed of finance, time, love, spoken word, praise and worship, every tear cried, every seed of faith, and every act of kindness to manifest this day in the name of Jesus!

I praise your holy name Jesus!

My heart belongs you, I love you Daddy, I commit my life and seek to be catapulted into new horizons of servitude on this day, to manifest your divine plans for my life! To walk in your destiny and your glory, changing lives and bringing in the harvest of your Kingdom!

I am reaching the nations, I am walking by faith in your Word, I am equipped by your continued grace and anointing power over my life in Christ Jesus.
